Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“these Terms”) set out the conditions for using Kneading Cat Typing (Japanese name: ふみふみたいぴんぐ; “the Service”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. This English version is a translation of the Japanese original; if there is any difference between them, the Japanese version prevails.

Article 1 (The Service)

The Service is a free web application for practicing typing.

Article 2 (Fees)

The Service is free to use. In the future, part or all of its contents may be changed, added to or discontinued without notice.

Article 3 (Prohibited conduct)

When using the Service, the following conduct is prohibited:

• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Using the Service through unauthorized access or other improper means
• Conduct that violates laws, public order or morals
• Any other conduct the operator deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness or completeness of the contents of the Service. The operator bears no responsibility for any damage arising from the use of the Service.

Article 5 (Copyright)

The copyright and other intellectual property rights in the mascot character, designs, programs and other materials included in the Service belong to the operator or the rightful owners.

Article 6 (Changes to these Terms)

The operator may change these Terms without notice whenever it deems necessary. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
